When building a new habit keep it simple to start. Such as:
As soon as I get in the office I am contacting 2 organizations about speaking to their group, or
Each morning I am feeding the pets and heading out for a 30 minute speed walk, or
I am writing a one paragraph blog post daily after lunch and post it at this ___ time to engage my audience.
After my morning meetings I am following up with 3 business prospects or 1 if 3 seems intimidating.
They each may stretch you but feel doable. They are not so big to feel overwhelming or overly scary. Most importantly, they each have the potential to put you on track to achievements you can be happy about. Build your track record of successes, then expand! And expand! And grow! And grow! And enjoy the entire journey.
